Breakfast: Carrot Cake Breakfast Pot

Wholegrain oats infused with cinnamon, ginger, and orange. Served with live bacteria plant-based yoghurt, shredded carrot, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Oats provide a steady energy burst to keep you going all morning. Walnuts & pumpkin seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids, proteins, and minerals.

Morning Snack: Mango, Passionfruit & Pineapple Medley with toasted Almond & Coconut flakes

A perfect combination of exotic fruits full of antioxidants and vitamins that combined with almonds and coconut help to balance blood sugar level.

Lunch: Japanese Sea Spaghetti and Mushroom Salad

Mushroom medley combined with Hijiki seaweed and Nori flakes served with spiced lemon dressing. Mushrooms are a well-known source of beta-glucans, supporting immune system functions.

Afternoon Snack: Black Bean & Dark Chocolate Brownie

This irresistible homemade gooey brownie is a good source of protein, minerals and fibre.

Dinner: Jerk Tempeh

A Caribbean inspired dish of marinated & griddled tempeh, quinoa, kidney beans with roasted peppers and baby corn. Tempeh is a fermented soya bean product packed with proteins and prebiotics.
