Breakfast: Baked Beans, Griddled Pepper & Herbed Scrambled Eggs

Mixed herb free-range scrambled eggs served with griddled red pepper and homemade baked beans in a light tomato sauce.

Morning Snack: Pear & Pecan Nuts

Pears are rich in pectin and soluble fibre and could be valuable in lowering harmful cholesterol levels in the body. Consuming the nuts at the same time as the fruit will help slow down the release of the fruit sugar and therefore give you more constant energy.

Lunch: Beef & Celeriac Salad

Fillet of beef and celeriac served on a bed of mizuna leaves. Celeriac is a good source of potassium which assists in muscle contraction and in maintaining fluid balance in body cells.

Afternoon Snack: Cinnamon Chocolate Mousse

A velvety dairy-free dark chocolate mousse infused with a hint of cinnamon. Good quality plain dark chocolate contains cocoa solids which have anti-oxidant potential.

Dinner: Lime & Coriander Chicken

Free-range chicken cooked in a Thai inspired coconut and lime sauce, served with broccoli and cauliflower.
