Breakfast: Organic Smoked Salmon, Free-Range Scrambled Eggs, With Chives & Roasted Tomatoes

Morning Snack: Banana & Almonds

Bananas can soothe the stomach, protecting against ulcers. They also contain potassium, which helps balance the fluids and electrolytes in the body.

Lunch: Goat’s Cheese, Beetroot & Sweet Potato Salad

Crumbled goat’s cheese and tarragon on top of roasted sweet potatoes and beetroot with a balsamic dressing. Beetroot is a good source of nitrate, found to help improve athletic performance.

Afternoon Snack: Artichoke Dip & Corn Chips

Marinated artichoke hearts blended with herbs and served with organic corn chips.

Dinner: Beef Massaman

British beef stewed in coconut milk, lime leaves and ginger served with fresh green beans.

Dessert: Stewed Pears With Almond & Vanilla Yoghurt

Pears stewed with sultanas, served with a madagascan vanilla and almond-flaked yoghurt.
