Breakfast: Roasted Red Onion & Courgette Frittata

Free-range eggs, baked with red onions and courgettes, served with fresh baby spinach. Spinach is an excellent source of iron, and eggs are a complete protein, rich in unsaturated heart-healthy fat.

Morning Snack: Plums & Pecans

Plums contain amino acids which help the body produce mood-enhancing serotonin.

Lunch: Oriental Chicken Salad

A Japanese inspired dish of marinated free-range chicken served on top of bean sprout, carrot, sugar snap peas and sea vegetable salad.

Afternoon Snack: Broccoli, Pea & Basil Dip

Home made broccoli and garden-pea dip served with fresh celery batons. Broccoli is rich in vitamin C and fibre, and contains compounds that protect cells from damage.
