How our 30-minute consultations work
Our online private consultations are one-to-one sessions with our nutritionists tailored to each client to discuss their health habits, eating preferences, and long-term goals. Before the appointment, your referred friends will be sent a pre-assessment questionnaire to fill out so that we are able to learn more about them and what they want from the plan. This will help our nutritionists tailor their advice.
During the 30-minute consultation, clients will have the opportunity to discuss any dietary issues or symptoms they may be experiencing, as well as any other lifestyle factors. This may affect their plan. This may include exercise, hydration, sleep, supplements, and more.
How do you get your free extra day?
If your family and friends purchase one of our packages at the end of their consultation, we will automatically add an extra day to your programme.
If you do not have a current Pure Package programme, we will simply add the free day to your account to use when you would prefer, within the next 12 months.
There is no limit to the number of people you can gift a free consultation to, meaning there is no limit to the number of free days you may get awarded.

Meet our nutritionists
Nichole Corbett:
Nichole holds a BSc in Nutrition from St Mary’s University. She loves to keep active and has a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification. She also teaches online classes in her spare time, which are circuit-based, focusing on using bodyweight and minimal equipment, and are adaptable for all abilities. Nichole follows a mostly plant-based diet, with the addition of sustainably sourced fish, and plenty of high quality dark chocolate!
Ché Godfrey-Harper:
Growing up in the south of Spain gave Ché her passion for good food and a healthy lifestyle. Ché holds a Level 4 advanced qualification in Nutrition accredited by the AFN, and specialises in weight management. In her spare time, Ché experiments with recipe development, some of which have even made it onto The Pure Package menus! Ché enjoys following a Mediterranean style diet with plenty of vegetables & healthy fats.
