Paleo Inspired Sample Menu

Breakfast: Roasted Red Onion & Courgette Frittata.
Free-range eggs baked with roasted red onions and courgettes, served with fresh baby spinach. Spinach is an excellent source of iron.

Morning snack: Plums & Pecans
Plums contain amino acids which the body uses to produce serotonin, a mood enhancer.

Lunch: Oriental Chicken Salad
A Japanese inspired dish of marinated free-range chicken served on top of bean sprout, carrot, sugar snap peas and sea vegetable salad. Sesame seeds are a good source of essential fat.

Afternoon snack: Broccoli, Pea & Basil dip
Home-made Broccoli & garden pea dip served with fresh celery batons. Broccoli is rich in Vitamin C & fibre.

Dinner: Organic salmon with Lemon and Rocket Salsa
Organic served with salsa verde, fine green beans and blanched cauliflower on a bed of baby spinach.
