Mum & Baby Sample Menu
Breakfast: Pancakes, Mixed Fruit & Madagascan Vanilla Yoghurt
Stewed apples & fresh berries served over home-made wheat free pancakes with live natural yoghurt and Madagascan vanilla.
Morning Snack: Pineapple, Papaya & Sunflower Seeds
Skin, hair and nails all benefit from the generous amounts of vitamin C and beta carotene found in papaya.
Lunch: Beef Pesto & Watercress Salad
Thinly sliced British beef fillet, marinated, and served on top of a watercress, beetroot and potato salad. Watercress is one the best sources of protective anti-oxidants of all the leafy greens.
Afternoon Snack: Sunrise Muffin
A gluten and dairy free muffin made with apricots, apples and five spice.
Dinner: Pumpkin & Coconut Curry
An Asian influenced dish of roasted ginger marinated pumpkin in a nut and coconut curry served with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
