Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Scrambled Eggs & Chives
Free range eggs scrambled and served with smoked salmon and roasted tomatoes.

Morning Snack: Banana & Almonds
Ripe bananas soothe the stomach and are believed to strengthen the stomach lining, protecting against acid and ulcers.

Lunch: Goat’s Cheese, Beetroot & Sweet Potato Salad
Crumbled goat’s cheese and tarragon served on top of roasted sweet potatoes and beetroot with a balsamic dressing. Beetroot is a good source of fibre, and in natural medicine is said to cleanse the blood.

Afternoon Snack: Artichoke Dip & Corn Chips
Marinated artichoke hearts blended with herbs and served with organic corn chips.

Dinner: Beef Masaman
Originally an Indian dish with Thai influenced flavours. British Beef stewed in coconut milk, lime leaves and ginger served with fresh green beans.

Dessert: Stewed Pears with Almond & Vanilla Yoghurt
Pears stewed with sultanas served with a Madagascan vanilla and almond flaked yoghurt.
