Originally an Indian dish with Thai influenced flavours. British Beef stewed in coconut milk, lime leaves and ginger served with fresh green beans.
Dessert: Stewed Pears with Almond & Vanilla Yoghurt
Pears stewed with sultanas served with a Madagascan vanilla and almond flaked yoghurt.
