Do you deliver to my area?
The Pure Package prices include delivery to all over London. This includes all postcodes falling within the M25 motorway plus a select few around it including: GU25, SL4, SL5 and KT16. We may be able to coordinate with your own courier if you live outside these areas. Call us on 0845 6 123 888 or e-mail us at info@purepackage.com if you are unsure if we deliver to you.

What if I live outside The Pure Package delivery area?
You can try our sister company Balance Box which deliver nationwide.

How do I sign up?
Simply use our online registration form or call us on 0845 6 123 888. Registration can take between 10 to 15 minutes.

How long should I sign up for?
This is totally up to you, and will depend on your health goals. We have found that getting healthy doesn’t happen over night. The longer you sign up for, the better the deal and you’ll achieve greater results.

When can I start?
It takes three full working days from you registering to you receiving your first food delivery.

Do I have to take all my days at once?
Convenience is our middle name. You can pick and choose delivery days as you wish as long as you give us three full working days notice. In order to get the most out of the programme we do recommend that you try to have as many consecutive deliveries as possible. You have a whole year to use up your days.

What if I go out of town?
Our aim is to be as flexible as possible so to make sure you are not charged we need three full working days notice to change your delivery schedule.

How will my food be delivered?
Your food will be delivered every morning between midnight and 6am in a temperature controlled black bag. In most cases we leave the bag on your doorstep. You may want to invest in a Hippo box for deliveries. If you live in an apartment building without a 24hr doorman you can send us a duplicate key for the exterior door to your building. We are happy to discuss other delivery solutions for example, hanging the bag in a tree!

What do I do with my empty temperature controlled bag and icepacks?
We will exchange it every evening with a fresh, full bag of food. Just leave it out in the same place that we dropped it off.

I have specialised nutritional requirements. Will The Pure Package cater to my needs?
We will make every effort to. Our team of dietary and nutritional therapists will be able to discuss any specific needs you may have, and try to build them into your programme.

What if I suffer from food allergies and/or intolerances?
The Pure Package can take the stress away by eliminating certain foods while still providing a balanced diet. Simply inform us during your telephone consultation or select the allergy option next to the ingredient on our online sign up form. Please call us if you suffer anaphylactic shock from a particular ingredient.

What if I’m hungry?
The programme gives you the correct daily balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Some people may find it takes 2-3 weeks for their body to settle into the new regime however the last thing we want is for you to feel hungry, so please let us know and we can alter your portion sizes.

Should I eat my meals and snacks even if I’m not hungry?
Yes. The Programme is designed to maintain energy levels and avoid blood sugar swings, which can trigger hunger. Spacing out meals before you become hungry helps maintain stable blood sugar levels.

What can I drink?
Water, water and more water. You should be aiming to drink between 1.5 and 2 litres of water and/or herbal teas a day. It is important to keep well hydrated as thirst can often be mistaken by the body as hunger.

What if I want to make changes to my food preferences?
Our aim is to create the perfect menu, however you may discover some ingredients that you don’t enjoy. We rely on constant feedback from you so just get in touch to request a change to your profile.

How long before I can expect results?
Individual results vary, but you should start to notice results within 5–10 days.

We are opposed to the mistreatment of animals and we are committed to sourcing all of our products ethically. We also firmly believe that a better quality of life results in a superior food product.

The Pure Package’s packaging is 100% recyclable. The company also recycles all packaging returned to The Pure Package by its customers with returns of packaging running at over 90%.

How do deliveries work?
Your food will be delivered every morning between midnight and 6am in a temperature controlled black bag. In most cases we leave the bag on your doorstep. If the temperature controlled bag cannot be delivered directly to your front doorstep, we can arrange alternative options for you (for example we can leave the bag with a door/security man). We can also deliver to your workplace, partner’s address or even your gym. We will do everything within reason to ensure convenience.

At the end of the day, simply leave the bag where we left it for you and while you dream of your next Pure Package, we will exchange it with a full bag of food. If you live in an apartment building without a 24hr doorman you can send us a duplicate key for the exterior door to your building. We are happy to discuss other delivery solutions for example, hanging the bag in a tree!

If you live in London, our gourmet diet delivery service is available to you, with the cost of delivery already included in the price of our programmes. This includes all postcodes falling within the M25 motorway plus a select few around it including: GU25, SL4, SL5 and KT16. If you live outside of these areas, we may be able to coordinate with your own courier or provide you with a quote from our drivers.

Carbon Neutral Deliveries
The Pure Package recognises the magnitude of the problem represented by climate change and we take reasonable steps to ensure that our emission of carbon and other greenhouse gases is kept to a minimum. A major part of this is our commitment to carbon neutral deliveries. We neutralise our deliveries and we plan our routes efficiently. This ensures that the produce you receive is working to maintain both your health and that of the world around you.
