We know that our discerning clientele will only stick to their programmes if the food is consistently delicious. We believe the secret to healthy eating is portion control not abstinence so you will find yourself eating really well but in the right quantities.
The Pure Package programmes are based on the principles of the ‘Perfectly Balanced Diet’ and we ensure that you receive the correct balance of proteins, carbohydrates and essential fats. All your nutritional needs are taken care of when you sign up for a Pure Package Programme.

Food For Thought
- Guilt and GM free food
- Free range chicken and eggs, meat and dairy
- No endangered fish
- Minimum 5 portions of fruit and veg per day
- Minimum 1 portion of essential fat per day
- Balanced diet based on government recommendations
- No over-processed food or antisocial ingredients, for example raw garlic
- No artificial additives, preservatives
or colouring
