The interaction between nutrition and sport is widely recognised and the correct diet can help you to attain peak performance by improving hydration status, ensuring you have better glycogen reserves, or by changing your body composition. Nutrition has an important part to play in keeping athletes healthy and preventing fatigue and illness associated with poor recovery and under-fueling. The Pure Package can help you to maximise training sessions by providing the right balance and type of protein, fats and carbohydrate throughout the day, as well as healthy snacks to suit your training programme that will give you steady energy before and after your training.
During the programme I felt more awake and full of energy during the day and I found when training that I had more stamina.
