Breakfast: Apple & Banana Bircher Muesli
Spice roasted apples mixed with fresh bananas, oats and live natural yoghurt.

Morning Snack: Green Grapes & Sunflower Seeds

Lunch: Chicken Super Food Salad
Free-range sliced chicken served on a quinoa, beetroot, watercress and alfalfa salad. Watercress is brimming with the antioxidant beta-carotene, important in protecting you against ageing.

Afternoon Snack: Olive Tapanade & Oatcakes
Rich kalamata olives blended to a pate and served with oat cakes.
