We have new recipes!

We have launched many brand new dishes, which showcase new recipes and twists on our traditional classics. We couldn’t be more excited.

Our chefs have worldwide experience and our new menus reflect our global palates. Our chefs have worked and visited over 40 different countries. Our new exotic and nutritious meals offer an exciting addition to an already innovative menu. Look out for our delicious Japanese Miso Cod, developed by our Asian food expert who has worked with the Nobu kitchen and try our free range chicken with Jerk Spices from the in-house Jamaican chef.

Our new recipes have been meticulously crafted by our chefs and in-house team of nutritional experts from The University of Westminster and the Institution of Optimum Nutrition.  They ensure meals are nutritionally balanced with the correct ratio of macronutrients needed to sustain a healthy body and mind. Whilst our menu features some old favourites such as Duck Cassoulet, there are also exotic additions including Persian Za’atar Spice Tagine as well as a zingy Salmon Ceviche!
