Following the huge success of The Diet for Food Lovers, Jennifer is back with her second recipe book The Balance Diet and we couldn’t be more proud!

The demand for a second book has exceeded our expectations; our client’s simply wanted MORE. Jennifer’s love of good-quality, healthy and ethically sourced food stems from her upbringing on a self-sufficient farm in West Cork Ireland, where her parents still make Milleens cheese.
