By taking inspiration from the Japanese people’s secrets to good health and longevity, the programme comprises an exciting mix of fresh seafood and nutritious sea vegetables to help cleanse your body and aid weight loss.
We are lucky enough to source many of the sea vegetables used in the Japanese Boost programme from the pure waters of the Atlantic coast of Ireland. Sea vegetables such as sea weed are proven to be a fantastic source of protein, vitamins and minerals; and account for 10% of the overall Japanese diet. Some varieties can contain up to ten times more calcium in a single teaspoon than a glass of milk and are amazing for rebalancing hormones, reducing bloating and lowering blood cholesterol levels!

Breakfast: Miso Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms, Served with Brown Rice Crackers
Shiitake mushrooms are traditionally known for their natural anti-viral and immune enhancing properties. They are bursting with flavour and provide hearty amounts of protein and iron.
Morning Snack: Crystal Rolls & Sea Vegetable Salad
Bamboo & mushroom crystal roll served with pickled cucumber, sesame soy dip & mixed sea vegetable salad.
Lunch: Salmon Sushi Box
Salmon is an excellent source of essential fatty acid omega-3 and also has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. This is vital for normal metabolism and sound health.
Afternoon Snack: Ginger Infused Kiwi & Papaya Salad
Papaya & kiwi marinated with stem ginger & served with pumpkin and black sesame seeds. Papaya contains numerous antioxidants and unique and powerful protein-digesting enzymes.
Dinner: Black Rice Noodles & Miso Snapper with a Broccoli, Cauliflower & Kale Stir Fry
Black rice contains five times more protein and minerals than ordinary white rice. Broccoli, cauliflower and kale are all members of the Brassica family, known for their ability to enhance the liver detoxification pathways.
