- 350g purple sprouting broccoli, steamed until tender
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
1) Make the dressing: toast the sesame seeds until golden in a frying pan (without oil). Place in a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
2) Cut broccoli into bite size pieces (stalks and all) and steam until tender. As soon as the broccoli is cooked, drizzle over the dressing and serve immediately.
