The first English cherries and raspberries reach our markets now and this easy-to-do exfoliate will get your feet soft and ready for all their exposure in the warmer weather.
Have some of the berries for breakfast and benefit from their anti-oxidants and then use the leftovers for some toe pampering……
2 Cherries (pips removed), crushed
6 Raspberries, crushed
½ handful of mint, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of coarse salt (Maldon)
Mix together all ingredients, massage into hands and feet, rinse, and pat dry. The berries contain a natural fruit acid which aids in exfoliation, the cherries will also help to reduce inflammation
