This is a yummy recipe perfect with oriental dishes and is really quick and easy to make.
- 350g Purple sprouting broccoli, steamed until tender
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 small red chili, de-seeded and finely chopped
- Make the dressing:toast the seame seeds until golden in a frying pan (without oil). Place in a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces (stalks and all) and steam until tender. As soon as the broccoli is cooked, drizzle over the dressing and serve immediately.
